Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) - Change Password

Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) is a Microsoft-delivered feature that allows an enrolled user the ability to reset their own password. This document provides instructions on how to use SSPR to change your password.

If you do not know your password and have not set up an authentication method for Western accounts previously, please contact PC Services at 608-789-6266 or pcservice@westerntc.edu for assistance.

To change your password now or in the future, you need to have an authentication method setup.

If you have already setup an authentication method and need to change your password, please choose one of these options:

After you change your password, you may need to wait a few minutes for it to synchronize with all of your accounts (Office 365, Western email, network user account).
