Welcome
KnowledgeBase (KB) is a web-based platform that makes it easy to create, manage, share, and maintain online documentation. It serves as a centralized repository for the University of Wisconsin–Madison and other higher education institutions to store and organize knowledge, helping users quickly find the information they need.
The KB contains a wide range of searchable content, including technical documentation, instructions, policies, procedures, and other reference materials. It enables content creators and administrators to efficiently develop, categorize, and maintain information while empowering end users to access reliable resources independently.
The KB team provides support, training, guidance, and consultation for administrators and editors. For assistance, contact kb-team@doit.wisc.edu. We also encourage all KnowledgeBase editors and administrators to participate in the KB Advisory Group.
