The MyWestern home page will be receiving a new look before the start of the Spring 2025 term.

Instructions to Access the MyWestern home page:

1. Go to www.westerntc.edu  

2. Click on the Current Students link  

3. Click on the MyWestern link  

4. Login by entering your student email address as the username and your password. 

The MyWestern home page contains cards which provide links to a variety of items that are beneficial to students.

The default cards are Self-Service, Student Resources Links and Western Engage.

• Self-Service Card - Use this card to access Self-Service for viewing grades, scheduling classes, billing information and financial aid. For additional information about using Self-Service, please refer to this document: Self-Service Page Navigation
• Student Resources Links Card - This card provides a variety of links to the websites for various resources available for students.
• Western Engage Card - Use this card to find out information about student events and announcements.
• Student Email Card - This card provides a quick link to your student email account.

Notifications:

• These will appear as a message above the cards. 

• You can also access Notifications by clicking on the bell icon  in the upper right corner.

Personalization:

Personalize your MyWestern page by adding cards. Click on the Discover More link to obtain additional cards.

• To add a card to your home page, click on the small, white flag  in the upper right corner of the card.
• To remove a card you added, click on the small, gray flag   in the upper right corner.

Additional Navigation Options:

Click the 3 bars in the upper left corner to access the Home page, the Discover section or view your Account information.

Sign Out:

To sign out, click the icon with your initial in the upper right corner, then select Sign Out.
