Student Finance - Account Summary
This document provides instructions on how to access your Account Summary in your MyWestern Self-Service portal.
The Help feature in Colleague Self-Service is adaptive and will provide help topics relative to the current page you are viewing in Self-Service. Please click the “? Help” link in the upper right corner of the page for additional assistance.
Instructions to Access MyWestern (Self-Service)
- Go to www.westerntc.edu
- Click on the Current Students link
- Click on the MyWestern link
- Click on the Self-Service New link
- Login by entering your student email address as the username and your password.
Account Summary
- To see your Account Summary.
- Click on the Student Finance tile in the middle of the page.
- You will be brought to the Summary page.
- Use the Left-Hand menu.
- Click on Financial Information then Student Finance
- Select Account Summary
- Click on the Student Finance tile in the middle of the page.
- The Account Summary page includes Account Overview and Quick links for Account Activity and Payment.
- Account Overview section, you will find the following:
- Amount Due – Current amount due.
- Amount Overdue – Previous amount due.
- Total Amount Due – The total amount due when adding the two above.
- Total Balance – Total balance for all semesters.
- Account Activity will allow you to view your Statement information.
- You can use the Drop-Down to select your term
- You can use the Drop-Down to select your term
- Click on Expand All to view payment Transactions and Receipts
- Click on a Receipt Number for more detailed information.
- Click on a Receipt Number for more detailed information.
- Click on View Statement on the right side of the screen to open a new window with your current statement.
- You can Make a Payment to pay off/down your balance.
- Please follow the steps in Student Finance - Making a Payment for instructions.
