Revit System Requirements
This document provides information about the system requirements for installing the full version of Revit.
Revit can only be installed on a Windows based computer.
Apple and Chromebook devices are NOT supported.
Operation System
- Windows 11 (64 Bit)
- Windows 10 (64 Bit)
Processor
- Multi-core Intel i5 or i7 or AMD Ryzen, Ryzen Threadripper Pro- 2.5GHz or Higher.
Highest CPU speed is recommended.

Memory
- 8 GB Ram - Minimum
- 16 GB Ram - Recommended
Video- Minimum Resolution: 1280 x 1024
- Maximum Resolution: 4k
Video Adapter
- DirectX 11 capable with Shader Model 5 and minimum 4GB of video memory
Disk Space
- 30 GB free disk space
