This document provides instructions on to find and print a student’s unofficial transcript from Self-Service.
The Help feature in Colleague Self-Service is adaptive and will provide help topics relative to the current page you are viewing in Self-Service. Please click the “? Help” link in the upper right corner of the page for additional assistance. 
Instructions to Access Self-Service
- Navigate to www.westerntc.edu
- Select Campus Quick Links
- Select Current Students
- Select MyWestern
- Login by entering your student email address and your password.
- Select Self-Service
Navigating to your Unofficial Transcript
- Open the Left-Hand Menu
- Expand the Academics category
- Select Unofficial Transcript
- Select Western Technical College Transcript
